Earning a graduate degree is verification of intellectual ability, determination, and perseverance. We are proud to announce our annual Graduate Leaders Academic Scholarship which will be awarded to the students who best exemplify the characteristics of leadership in their field of education. Our merit-based scholarship is awarded every spring to help students pay for the expenses of their online or campus-based graduate program. Students who are currently enrolled in qualified graduate programs are encouraged to apply. Applications can only be submitted once in any 12-month period.

Scholarship Due Dates
Scholarship deadlines are June 1 each year.
Applications will be reviewed by our scholarship staff. They are the sole decision makers in this process. Candidates are judged on academic history, extracurricular activities, employment history & essay. Here is the criteria involved in picking winning candidates:
- Registration is weighted 15%
- Essay 75%
- Work History and Activities at 10%.
- GPA (min 3.2 on a 4.0 scale)
Scholarship candidates must submit the NoGRE.com application and an original essay to be considered for the scholarship. The essay must be between 800-1000 words, and submitted through the form above. All essays must be formatted correctly.
All essays have to be completely original, and must be the sole work of the applicant. Any applications that have plagiarized essays or any false information will be disqualified.
The written essay must demonstrate your ability to think critically and creatively about solutions to the most pressing issues in education today. We’re looking for original insights and creative solutions based on your own experiences.

Announcing the Winner
Winners of the noGRE.com scholarships will be notified within 30 days of the scholarship deadline. Winners will be notified by email or phone. After the winner is chosen, the applicant will be required to provide transcripts from their most recent college or university to verify their GPA. If the candidate cannot supply the necessary records, or if the GPA is different from the GPA claimed on the application, NoGRE.com reserves the right to revoke the scholarship and award it to another applicant.
The scholarship award will be paid in one full, $1,000 payment by check directly to the winner. The award will be paid within 1-month of the winner being notified.
The scholarship recipient’s name and photo will be posted on a page of the NoGRE.com website along with with the winning essay.
When is this scholarship offered? It is offered once a year, with the due date of all applications being midnight on June 1.

Most students will apply for multiple scholarships. The following tips should help you keep track of your efforts: As soon as you submit a scholarship application, make note of the scholarship and submission date in a spread-sheet or a notebook. Keep copies of all essays and paperwork in a file. Have transcripts handy, or know how to send them to scholarship offices. Keep other important forms, such as tax returns (yours or your parents’), financial aid forms, and standardized test scores on hand. Make sure you have completely filled out all applications correctly to ensure you are considered.
